Gnu Group Learning Academy is operated by GNU IT Solutions and Services. under the brand name Gnu Group. The Academy provides optional digital assessment-and-certification services and does not ordinarily ship physical goods.

Delivery method

Eligible certificates are delivered electronically through a secure digital certificate link after successful assessment, verified payment and fulfilment processing.

Delivery timing

Where automated fulfilment is enabled, digital delivery is normally initiated after payment is verified as successful by the configured payment provider. Manual review may be required for exceptions, identity issues, fraud checks or technical failures.

Physical shipping

No physical certificate is included unless a particular offering expressly states otherwise.
