These terms govern use of Gnu Group Learning Academy and its optional paid assessment-and-certification services. The Academy is operated by GNU IT Solutions and Services. under the brand name Gnu Group.

Free learning

Published learning material may be accessed without purchasing certification unless a specific program clearly states otherwise.

Certification eligibility

Payment does not establish successful completion. Learners must satisfy the published assessment and completion requirements before the optional certification service becomes available.

Payments

Payments are processed through an approved third-party payment gateway. The current Academy deployment is prepared for Cashfree Payments. The amount shown at checkout is the applicable certification fee for the selected program. The merchant identity shown during payment or on transaction records may correspond to Gnu Group and/or GNU IT Solutions and Services., subject to the payment provider's approved merchant profile.

Misuse

Gnu Group may withhold or revoke a certificate where there is credible evidence of fraud, impersonation, assessment manipulation, chargeback, payment reversal or full refund, subject to review and applicable law.

Changes

Course content, assessment criteria and fees may change prospectively. Material changes will not silently alter an already issued certificate record.
